It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure an item fits/functions/applies to your weapon system or situation PRIOR TO PURCHASE. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery. Email Returns@phase5wsi.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Please include your name, contact information and order number. All returns must be in original condition, in the original packaging. Any product returned damaged, used or incomplete will be returned to the customer. We do not accept returns for any damaged and/or used items. Customer is liable for all return shipping charges.
